We will maintain a record of this information at Coonrod Insurance so we can provide you with policyholder service. Our employees are required to acknowledge and sign a Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement. Each employee has been instructed on maintaining and protecting our customer's privacy and personal information.
We do not keep cedit card information should you use a card to pay premiums. If you pay by personal check, we will keep a copy of the check in your file.
When corresponding with our office we will ask you for personal information so that we can establish you as our customer including your email address.
